Hello my friends, it’s check-in #5 today for Blooming Scrappy QAL! If you are just now hearing about the QAL, here is the HQ for the scrappy where I will post links to all the check-ins on the HQ page. Hello Friends, today is check-in #2 for #Sparklers QAL #2! Today, we make our first set of 4 blocks.

Schedule is merely suggested – it’s totally ok to sew at your own pace, but if you follow the schedule, you WILL complete the quilt.

As it stands, I think I might not be able to keep up with the schedule due to very heavy workload of late, but you keep sewing along, and soon you will have the quilt made!

BEFORE YOU START – always read/study through the pattern, and make notes for yourself, and then… make a test block ...

Hello Friends, I hope you have had a good start to a new (probably a very cold for many of you) week! The snow/ice has hung around my area because of the frigid temperatures.

I want to quickly pop in and let you know that my quilting friend Pat Sloan is starting a LEAFY QAL with my Autumn Quilting Book on 1/21/25! You may pick either of the leaf designs to make for the QAL! And both leaf quilts are scrap-friendly! The fresh blue/green/yellow colorways show Pat’s Gratitude & Grace fabrics.

Hello Friends! I hope you have been well! It’s been a busy 2025 so far, but all’s good! We did get the snow right after New Year, it’s been rather cold! So I got our schedule worked out for In My Heart QAL. If you have sewed along before with me, you know my QALs are super low-key!
